HHH Team 3624 Robotics OUTREACH
Annual Invitational
Every year, HHH FRC Robotics Team 3624 hosts an invitational at the HHH High School West. The team invites many local teams to participate and engage in sportsmanship, motivation, and a learning experience for all attendees.
Parents Night
Before starting our Build Season, leaders and mentors host a Parents Night. Parents are introduced and shown our yearly schedule, plans for upcoming competitions, and our past robots. Recently, we introduced our fan-favorite "Dumpy" to the parents!
Golden Robots
Throughout the starting months of the new school year, Team 3624 hosts a fundraiser called Golden Robots. Members raise money to donate to various organizations such as Make a Wish Foundation and Pediatric Cancer Research. This year, we are urging students and teachers to wear our "Golden Robots" to show support and visit us during school hours.
Holiday Clothing Drive
Team 3624 hosts a yearly holiday clothing drive that gets sent to families that cannot afford basic necessities such as clothing. Some of the clothing collected include: coats, sweatshirts, pants, socks, and much more! As a team, we transport the many collected bags of clothing to nearby places that provides needs to the people in need during the holiday season.
Engaging Younger Students
Our team introduces the basic components of our robot and the robots team to local middle and elementary school kids interested in STEM topics. Topics range from Coding, Building, Outreach, Safety, and so much more! Members love teaching the younger students more about the countless hours of hard work that gets put into competitions. We have had members mentor FLL Team 39029, and have had a great time doing so!
